Baiba Betlere was born in Riga on 4 December 1991. First musical education in Vilani music and art school, where she learned to play the piano. Later, she continued training Jāņa Ivanova Rezekne Music Secondary School, where studied conducting (teacher Ēriks Čudars) and organ playing (teacher Bernadeta Everse). Later she followed studies in Latvian Academy of Music, where she studied organ playing (teacher professor Vita Kalnciema). Now she is a 2nd year master student Jāzepa Vītola Latvian Academy of Music. In parallel with the training she is organist Riga Cross church. Baiba also works as an organ teacher and accompanist in Bolderāja School of Music.
Supplemented master classes with Hans Davidsson, Jackques van Oortmerssen, Bine Bryndorf, Hans-Ola Ericsson, Cristopher Stembridge, Johannes Geffert, Aude Heurtematte.
